About the Tea:

A concentrated digestive wellness herbal blend of Triphala, Senna Leaves, Star Anise, Dried Ginger, Licorice and Peppermint which promotes healthy digestion.

Steeping Instructions:

Use fresh pure water for brewing. Use one teaspoon of herbal Infusion Tea for 150 ml of water which has just come to a boil. Let it cool briefly before pouring over herbs. Steep for 3 minutes.

Best Time:

30 minutes after breakfast, lunch and dinner.
