About the Tea:

Prepare with boiling water, milk and sugar and enjoy the most healthy and delicious cup of milk tea ever.

Steeping Instructions:

Use fresh pure water for brewing. Use one teaspoon of tea for 150 ml of water which has just come to a boil. Let it cool briefly before pouring over leaves. Steep for 3 minutes, add milk and sugar and enjoy.

Best Time:

30 minutes after breakfast and lunch. Makes an ideal accompaniment with an afternoon snack.
